When cleaning the CNC vertical lathe, you can follow the steps below:
1. Turn off the machine tool power and main power switch, ensure that the machine tool is in a stopped state, and remove any movable parts.
2. Use a soft brush or dust blower to clean dust, dirt and chips from the surface of the machine tool. Use a brush or dust gun to blow them away from the machine, and be sure to remove them into a dust collector or trash can near the machine.
3. Check whether there is oil or metal chips on the guide rail, screw, tool holder and other key components. Use a cleaning cloth dampened with a small amount of detergent (such as a degreaser) and gently wipe these parts to ensure that the dirt is completely removed.
4. Focus on cleaning the lubrication system, including lubrication pipes, lubrication pumps and connecting parts. Make sure these parts are clean and that oil and impurities do not affect normal lubrication.
5. Check and clean the cooling system, including coolant tank, cooling pipes and nozzles. Use a cleaning agent to clean the cooling system to remove deposits and dirt.
6. Clean the machine tool panel and control panel, wipe it with a soft damp cloth, but avoid dripping water droplets into the inside of the machine tool.
7. Regularly clean or replace the lubricating oil, coolant and grease used on the machine tool, and operate according to the machine tool manufacturer's recommendations and regulations.
Please note that before performing cleaning operations, read and follow the operating manual and cleaning guidelines provided by the machine tool manufacturer. Make sure to follow safe operating procedures and avoid using corrosive or harmful cleaning agents. If necessary, consult the machine tool manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel for more specific cleaning recommendations and technical support.
