How to adjust the level of a CNC lathe

The horizontal adjustment of high-precision CNC machine tools is crucial in the installation and use process of CNC machine tools. If the installation horizontal deviation is too large, it will cause deformation of the machine tool guide rail, loss of the original appropriate position relationship of each component, and thus cause changes in the geometric accuracy of the CNC lathe, reducing the service life of the CNC lathe and reducing the production and processing accuracy of the CNC lathe. There are usually three ways to check the level of a CNC lathe:

Level measuring method: level measuring method is easy to use, easy to use, and the cost is cheap; However, the accuracy is low, the data acquisition and combing are difficult, and the straightness in the plane is difficult to measure. The key is to measure the straightness of the vertical plane of the short slide rail.

Autocollimator measurement method: the accuracy is higher than the level measurement method, but it is not easy to achieve a high accuracy, the larger the detection range, the greater the error, the key used in medium level long and short slide straightness measurement.

Laser interferometer measurement method: Laser interferometer is characterized by large measurement spacing, faster measurement speed, high measurement accuracy, and sustainable measurement and the selection of microelectronic computer to complete the data processing method, indicating and printing. Laser anti-interference is strong, especially the function of anti-gas oscillation is strong, so it is suitable for use in the factory and other natural environment is slightly weaker, but more expensive, generally suitable for places with high precision.

The three inspection methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, we are usually based on the length of the specific work of the machine tool guide rail, the operating standard on the spot and its measurement cost to distinguish which method to test the level of CNC lathes.
