1. Site selection environment requirements. The location should be away from vibration sources, avoid direct sunlight and thermal radiation, and avoid the influence of moisture and air flow. If there is a vibration source near the CNC machine, anti-vibration grooves should be set around it.

2. Power requirements. The general machine tool is installed in the mechanical workshop, which not only has large changes in ambient temperature, but also poor operating conditions, many types of electromechanical equipment, and large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the location requires strict control of the supply voltage. Supply voltage fluctuations must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable.

3. Temperature conditions. The ambient temperature is below 30 degrees and the relative temperature is below 80%. Generally speaking, the CNC electric control box is equipped with an exhaust fan or cooling fan inside to keep the electronic components, especially the central processing unit, at a constant working temperature or a small temperature difference.

4. When using it, the user is not allowed to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will. The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of the individual components. Only the value of the clearance compensation parameter can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
