Carrying out daily inspection is an important step to ensure the normal operation and maintenance of CNC vertical lathe. The following are some daily inspection items of CNC vertical lathe:

1. Appearance inspection: Check the appearance of the machine tool for abnormalities, such as deformation, cracks or damage. At the same time, check whether the lubrication system, electrical system and cooling system of the machine tool are operating normally.
2. Guide rail inspection: Check whether the surface of the guide rail is clean, smooth, and remove possible dirt, debris or chips. Make sure the rails have no visible wear, dents, or foreign objects.
3. Coordinate position check: use the CNC system to check whether the coordinate position of each axis is consistent with the expected value. The smoothness of the shaft running and the accuracy of the fit between the shafts should be checked to see if it is necessary to calibrate or adjust the shaft.
4. Tool inspection: Check the condition and wear of the tool. Make sure that the tool clamping device and the tool changing system are working properly, whether the tool clamping fastening screws are loose, and whether the tool is properly installed and fixed.
5. Lubrication inspection: Check the oil level and cleanliness of the lubricating oil or grease in the lubricating system. Add or replace lubricating oil or grease when necessary, and clean the lubricating oil filter element or the filter screen of the lubricating system.
6. Cooling system inspection: Check the coolant level and cleanliness of the cooling system. Make sure the cooling system pumps, coolers, and cooling lines are free from blockages or leaks, and clean or replace the coolant as needed.
7. Electrical system inspection: Check whether the electrical system is well connected, and check whether the cables are damaged or worn. Check whether the electrical control system is working normally, including numerical control system, motion control device and sensors, etc.
8. Safety device inspection: Check whether the safety devices of the machine tool are operating normally, such as emergency stop button, safety door, limit switch and protective cover, etc. Ensure that the relevant safety equipment can stop the operation of the machine tool in time to ensure the safety of the operator.

The above are the general daily inspection items of CNC vertical lathe. According to the model of the specific CNC vertical lathe and the operation manual provided by the manufacturer, there may be some specific inspection items and frequencies. Following the manufacturer's directions and following the maintenance plan and schedule closely for regular care and maintenance can help keep your CNC vertical lathe up and running and performing.
