1. Machine tool inspection:

2. Tool preparation:

CNC vertical lathes ensure that the tools used comply with the allowed specifications, and seriously damaged tools must be replaced in time.

After the CNC vertical turning tool is installed, one or two trial cuts should be performed to ensure that the installation is correct and firm.

3. Procedure and equipment inspection:

Enter the correct machining program into the CNC equipment, and check whether the CNC equipment is connected to the correct peripherals.

Check whether the CNC vertical lathe spindle can operate normally and whether the tool can be automatically changed.

4.Safety protection:

It is prohibited to place tools and other items on the CNC vertical lathe guide rail surface and workbench to prevent accidents.

CNC vertical lathe operators should stand in a safe position and avoid the moving parts of the machine tool and the area where iron filings are splashed.

The insurance and safety protection devices on the CNC vertical car must not be disassembled or moved at will.

5.Initial operation:

Every time the CNC vertical lathe is powered on, it must first complete the return reference point operation of each axis, and then enter other operating modes to ensure the correctness of the coordinates of each axis.

After the CNC vertical lathe completes the above preparations, the CNC vertical lathe can be put into production safely and stably. At the same time, operators should strictly abide by the machine tool instruction manual and relevant safety operating procedures during operation to ensure processing quality and operational safety.
