The dual-spindle vertical linear machining center uses the synchronous cooperation of the two spindles to achieve a variety of tasks such as double-sided processing, simultaneous processing, and boring, thereby significantly improving processing efficiency and accuracy.
The spindle of the dual-spindle vertical linear machining center is its core component. It consists of two left and right spindles, which can perform independent rotation and processing respectively, or can also cooperate at the same time to complete certain high-precision processing tasks. One of the spindles is responsible for processing, while the other spindle is responsible for clamping and positioning. The two spindles work alternately to achieve synchronous processing.
In addition, the dual-spindle vertical linear machining center is also equipped with two sets of automatic tool changing mechanisms.
