When the slide of the vertical tool holder and the side tool holder of the CNC vertical lathe is extended for a long time, gravity cutting is not allowed.

When processing with a vertical tool holder, the column beam should be lowered as close to the work as possible.

When intermittent cutting, the feed amount and the worktable speed should be appropriately reduced.

The control lever must be pushed to the specified position when changing speed.

If the gear meshes poorly, it should be adjusted slightly after work, and it is not allowed to forcibly pull the "start and stop" handle of the worktable.

After the CNC vertical lathe has two vertical tool holders, the vertical tool holders should be stopped symmetrically at both ends of the beam; the machine with one vertical tool holder should stop the vertical tool holder in the middle of the beam; the side tool holder should be moved to the lowest position of the column.

6. Ensure the safety of the workpiece and tool: Before installing the workpiece and tool, the operator should carefully check whether they are in good condition and ensure that their size and weight are within the working range of the machine.

7. Adjust the appropriate processing parameters: The CNC vertical lathe reasonably adjusts the processing parameters such as cutting speed, feed speed and cutting depth according to the requirements of the workpiece and the performance of the machine.

8. Follow the operating procedures and operating procedures: Do not violate the operating procedures of the CNC vertical lathe, do not adjust the settings and parameters of the machine at will, and do not perform unauthorized operations.

9. Pay attention to the safety of the environment around the machine: Keep the CNC vertical lathe free of debris and obstacles and well ventilated to avoid dust and waste generated by the machine operation to cause harm to the operator.
